Liquefied petroleum gas or liquid petroleum gas (LPG or LP gas), also referred to as simply propane or butane, are flammable mixtures of hydrocarbon gases used as fuel in heating appliances, cooking equipment, and vehicles.
LPG or autogas is a natural hydrocarbon fuel consisting of butane and propane. The gas becomes liquefied when a small amount of pressure is applied to it, making it possible for a large quantity to be stored in a small tank. Today, many motorists across the globe are using LPG for driving. Below are some of the reasons why you should consider autogas:
( 1 ) LPG burns much cleaner than wood.
( 2 ) LPG storage requires less space than firewood storage.
( 3 ) LPG is often cheaper to use than firewood.
( 4 ) LPG does not require labor that firewood requires.
( 5 ) LPG can be piped to several locations in the home.
